THE AUTOMAGICS
Business process automation and AI

We take the process apart, run a pilot on real traffic, and scale on its numbers. The agent closes the routine and hands the doubtful cases to a person with the context.

Where the process usually breaks

If at least three of these are about you, there is somewhere to start

Calls at peak and after hours have nobody to take them, while the ads run around the clock
Hours pass between the lead and the first contact
Operators answer the same twenty questions every day
Delivery notes and invoices are keyed into the accounting system by hand
Approvals drown in email, and nobody remembers whose desk they are on
Receivables sit there because reminders go out whenever someone remembers
Every department has its own report, and the numbers disagree
Policies are written, but searching them takes longer than asking a colleague
The same data is keyed into two systems, and they still diverge
What shipped last year still runs, but nobody checks how well it answers
How it works

One request, three steps

Scroll to follow a request from the first message to the hand-off.

Request

The client writes or calls

The agent takes the request in any channel: the site, the phone, a messenger. It picks up the language from the first reply and keeps to it.

Work

The agent talks and works the systems

It asks what it still needs, reads the CRM, books a slot in the calendar, opens the deal and leaves a note on it.

Hand-off

A person steps in where one is needed

A hard case goes to a manager with the transcript attached and the card fields already filled in.

Catalogue

What we automate

The catalogue is organised by business function, not by technology

Sales

Voice on inbound calls, an instant reply to every lead, outbound touches, documents built from the deal, CRM hygiene.

Customer service

An agent in messengers and on the site, answers from your own documents with a link to the source, ticket routing, quality control.

Marketing

End to end ad analytics, a content pipeline, personalised campaigns, review and reputation work.

Operations and finance

Incoming documents, approvals, procurement, logistics, payment reconciliation, receivables, management reporting.

HR and internal assistants

Candidate screening, onboarding, a knowledge base for staff, and a company assistant in Telegram, Slack or Teams.

Data, agents and MCP

One source of data, operational dashboards, custom agents inside your systems, and one connection layer for AI assistants.

How we work

A conversation, an audit, a pilot, then scale

The decision to scale is made on the pilot's numbers, not on a presentation

Conversation

Thirty minutes on how the process works today and where it breaks. No slides.

01

Process audit

One to two weeks at a fixed price. What can be closed, in what order, and what it returns. The fee is credited towards the pilot.

02

Pilot

Two to four weeks on one process. Live traffic, a success criterion agreed before the start, a person in the loop.

03

Scale

We connect the neighbouring processes in the order the automation map set out.

04

Watch and improve

Monitoring, incident analysis, answer quality checks, knowledge base updates, a monthly report.

05
Do the arithmetic

How many enquiries go past

Your numbers, our arithmetic. Nothing is promised here: this only shows what unanswered calls add up to

Missed per month
130
Deals that never started

The sum uses your own figures and accounts for nothing beyond them. The real picture appears after the audit, when we look at the calls rather than at sliders.

What is different

What we do differently

From a review of thirty agencies across Europe, the US and Ukraine, August 2026

A pilot with a name and a price

Of the thirty agencies, none sells a pilot as its own service: a focus project plays that role. Our pilot runs two to four weeks, is priced separately, and converts into support.

The price comes after the audit

A process audit with a fixed price and a fixed term. The fee is credited towards the pilot, so the first step does not become a bill of its own.

Support as a product

Few agencies publish a retainer, and almost none live on subscription. We offer watch and improve to every client after the project rather than when something breaks.

Voice agents

In the Ukrainian sample a voice bot is mentioned once, without detail. For us it is a core category: the inbound line, outbound campaigns, and Ukrainian, Russian and English.

Integration with local systems

Accounting, tills, delivery services, telephony and messengers wired together. Foreign agencies do not do this, and local ones rarely do it with AI on top.

Connection over MCP

Your systems are exposed to AI assistants through an open standard supported by Claude, ChatGPT, VS Code and Cursor, rather than hand written connectors tied to one model.

Compliance as its own line

GDPR and the EU AI Act were not mentioned by any of the thirty. For EU customers they are a requirement, and for us they are protection.

A person in the loop

An agent making financial decisions alone fails quietly. It closes the routine, hands doubtful cases to a person with context, and money is confirmed by a human.

We say what we will not do

Universal agents that do everything, fine tuning without a reason, strategy documents for micro businesses, and licence resale. None of that earns anything for either side.
