How we work
Start with the process, not the model
First we look at where the work stops and what that costs. If the task can be solved without AI, we say so.
One process at a time
We take a single bottleneck, get it working on real traffic, and only then move to the next one.
A person stays in the loop
The agent closes the routine and hands the contested cases to a person with the context attached. Decisions that cost money are not automated quietly.
We work on your data
A demo on an invented example proves nothing. The pilot runs on your history and your traffic.
We explain what is inside
You do not get a black box: you can see which source an answer came from and at which step the agent decided to hand over.
We stay after launch
The first month matters most: that is when the things the tests never covered show up. We are reachable and we fix as we go.

One process, real traffic, metrics agreed in advance. Usually two to four weeks.

If the pilot holds, we connect the neighbouring processes and stay on support.
What we do not take on
It is fairer to say this at the start than to stop a project halfway.
- We do not build AI for its own sake when the task is solved by configuring what you already run.
- We do not ship an agent that makes financial decisions without a person confirming them.
- We do not take projects with no access to the data: without it a pilot turns into a demo.
- We do not promise specific numbers before the audit. We give a range only once we have seen your process.
