THE AUTOMAGICS
COMPANY

What we have built

Every project started from one bottleneck in a process, not from the idea of adopting AI. Here is what came out of them.

We do not name the companies: in most cases the contract says not to. The figures are the ones the client confirmed and agreed we could show.

Logistics

The dispatch desk could not keep up with driver calls

What we built
A voice agent on the inbound line: it takes the call, picks the language up from the first sentence, updates the trip status in the system and passes on only what it cannot close itself.
What changed
Unanswered calls all but disappeared, and the dispatcher works the hard cases instead of reading statuses out loud.
ElevenLabs, Twilio, our own backend, TMS integration
Construction

Estimates were taken off the drawings by hand over three days

What we built
Drawing analysis: the model finds rooms, openings and annotations and collects the quantities into a schedule with a link back to the sheet.
What changed
The estimator checks a finished schedule instead of counting from scratch. Disagreements between two estimators became visible, because the source of every figure is now named.
Computer vision, PDF and DWG parsing, Excel export
Retail

Support was drowning in the same delivery and returns questions

What we built
An agent in chat and messengers on top of the shop's knowledge base. It sees the order status, opens a return, and escalates anything contested with the conversation attached.
What changed
Operators stopped closing routine tickets and moved to the hard ones. First response time stopped depending on the hour.
LLM, RAG over the knowledge base, CRM and warehouse integration
Real estate

Portal enquiries sat until morning

What we built
Lead intake across every channel: the agent replies within minutes, asks the qualifying questions and books the viewing in the agent's calendar.
What changed
An enquiry no longer waits for office hours. The agent gets a filled-in card rather than just a phone number.
LLM, calendar, CRM, portal webhooks
Manufacturing

Defects were caught at final inspection, after five operations

What we built
A camera and a model trained on the client's own defect archive. Inspection moved to the second operation, with borderline parts held for the foreman.
What changed
A defect is found before the rest of the work is put into the part. The judgement calls stayed with a person.
Computer vision, industrial camera, MES integration
Healthcare

At peak hours a third of front-desk calls went unanswered

What we built
A voice agent for booking and rescheduling. It works against the clinic's schedule, knows the preparation for each test, and hands anything unusual to an administrator.
What changed
The line stopped being the bottleneck at peak hours. The administrator works on what actually needs a person.
Voice agent, telephony, clinic information system

Let us start with one process

Thirty minutes on how it works today and where it breaks. Then we will say what can be done about it.
