THE AUTOMAGICS
HOW WE WORK

A conversation, an audit, a pilot, then scale

We start with one bottleneck, get it working on real traffic, and only then take the next one. The decision to scale is made on the pilot's numbers, not on a presentation.

What people usually arrive with

The vendor promises a whole transformation, with the first result somewhere six months out.
A price is quoted before anyone has looked at the process.
The launch happened, the documentation exists, and a month later nobody uses it.
When the agent gets something wrong, nobody can explain why.

What we do

A thirty minute conversation

How the process works today and where it breaks. No slides, and no homework for you.

Process audit, one to two weeks

Data, channels, systems. You get what can be closed, in what order, what it costs and what it returns. The fee is credited towards the pilot.

Pilot, two to four weeks

One process, live data and traffic, a success criterion agreed before the start, a person in the loop.

Scale

We connect the neighbouring processes in the order the automation map set out.

Watch and improve

Monitoring, incident analysis, answer quality checks, updates to the instructions and the knowledge base, a monthly report.

The price comes after the audit

The exact figure is named once the process, the volume of data and the systems involved are visible.

What this looks like in practice

Typical scenarios in this area: what people arrive with and what we do about it. These are not named client cases, the confirmed work is collected in the portfolio.

Why a pilot rather than the whole project
Situation
A large project is tested for viability at the end, when the money has already been spent.
What we do
A pilot answers the question on live traffic in two weeks. The decision then rests on fact.
Why a person stays in the loop
Situation
An agent acting alone fails quietly, and the reason cannot be explained to the customer.
What we do
The routine closes automatically, the doubtful goes to a person with context, and every action is logged.
Why support is a separate thing
Situation
Models update and data shifts, so what worked in summer answers differently in autumn.
What we do
Scenarios are re-run and quality is checked regularly. A regression shows up before the customer sees it.
